Our General Administration Manager is responsible for all administrative tasks within the company. She supervises daily support operations of Keystone Solutions and plans the most efficient administrative procedures in the different departments.

IT Analyst

An IT Analyst is responsible for prioritizing user requirements, overseeing system upgrades and researching new tools. In this role, the expert should be highly analytical and able to understand business needs. He/She also needs to have excellent communication skills and problem-solving abilities.

Data Analyst

Our Data Analysts are responsible for collecting, cleaning, and interpreting data sets in order to answer a question or solve a problem.

Project manager

Our Project Managers are responsible for planning, organizing, and directing the completion of specific projects for an organization while ensuring these projects are on time, on budget, and within the scope.

IT Architect

The IT Architect is responsible for creating a comprehensive architecture for a software solution and providing strategic direction throughout the development process.

Backend developer

Our Backend developers work on server-side development. They focus on databases, scripting and website architecture. .Net and Java are the main programming languages used at Keystone Solutions.

Frontend developer

A Frontend developer is responsible for implementing visual components on a website. This includes making sure the various coding is working and being actively presented to those interacting with a webpage. HTML, CSS and JavaScript are the frontend web development languages used at Keystone Solutions.

Scrum Master

The Scrum Master is the facilitator for an agile development team. He/She is accountable for the scrum team’s effectiveness. They do this by enabling the scrum team to improve its practices within the scrum framework.

Devops

He/She is the facilitator between IT developers and IT staff. He understands the software development lifecycle and has an outright understanding of various automation tools for developing digital pipelines.

Hiring process

As a growing company, Keystone Solutions value recruitment. Indeed, we are constantly looking for new talents to join our team and we apply high Quality Management standards during the recruiting process. During this process, we value four different criteria which are skills, expertise, experience, and shared values. We meticulously select the 1% top talents to join our team.

Every two weeks, our website is updated with our new job openings and their descriptions. These job descriptions can also be found on our LinkedIn page.

2. CV assessment & references check

CV assessment & references check

When a candidate applies to one of our jobs opening, a first screen of the resume given is done. Usually, one of the references is called to have clear feedback of the future colleague.

3. First interview by Operational Business & Account Manager

First interview by Operational Business & Account Manager

When the candidate’s profile and our needs are matching, a first meeting is planned to get to know the future colleague better. It allows us to ask general questions and to understand deeper the candidate’s experiences and expectations. It is also the opportunity for us to present Keystone Solutions and our way of working.

4. Online Tests

For technical profiles, we do ask candidates to make an online technical test. This allows us to evaluate their technical level.

5. Second interview with a Managing Partner

Second interview with a Managing Partner

After receiving the test results, a second interview is planned with one of the two Managing Partner. This second interview allows us on the one hand to know deeper and to understand the expectations of the candidates and on the other hand to present to them our opportunities and emphasize our core values and way of working.

6. Technical Interview with an experienced engineer

CV assessment & references check

When it is needed, we organize a meeting with one of our colleagues. It is mainly a discussion about technologies and the result of the test. It is a good way to challenge the candidate and see what his strengths are.

7. Second interview with a Managing Partner

Second interview with a Managing Partner

If all the previous steps are conclusive, a last meeting is organized with the second managing partner. This interview allows us to see if the candidate has understood Keystone Solutions principles, projects… and if we can start collaborating with the same objectives which is to build a strong long-term relationship.

8. HR Interview & Assessment

HR Interview & Assessment

When the most important steps are taken, a meeting with HR is planned to talk about the expectations in terms of salary and benefits. An offer is created and sent to the candidate. If the offer meets the candidate’s expectations, we can move to the last step which is the creation of a contract.

At Keystone Solutions, we care about the environment and do our best to reduce the impact of our activities on pollution, deforestation, and climate change by continuously improving our environmental performance.

Mobility policy

Keystone Solutions provides cars to employees and selects cars based on several environmental standards. We give priority to the most fuel efficient and environmentally friendly cars and aim to have a fully hybrid and full electric fleet.
We also include support for employees who choose alternative means of transportation, such as cycling or public transportation. Indeed, we take care of the entire cost of our employees’ transport passes and provide them with electric scooters.

Waste management

We have eliminated disposable cups and plastics and ensure all products are recycled by sorting our waste.

We have also eliminated cans and provide our members with a water fountain.

Paper reduction

All HR documents are digitized and available on the company’s portal.

We also have implemented collaborative tools that allow us to reduce the number of documents to be printed and to strive against deforestation issues.
