Biztalk Architect Consultant

Mission Overview

Keystone Solutions is seeking a BizTalk Architect for a consultancy mission at a client site. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and evolving integration flow architectures according to enterprise standards, maintaining and optimizing existing BizTalk Server integration platforms, and participating in the definition and implementation of modernization and migration strategies towards EAI platforms. You will ensure technical governance, quality, security, and performance of data exchanges while collaborating with enterprise architects, functional analysts, development teams, and operations teams. Additionally, you will produce architecture documentation, technical standards, and best practices for integration.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and evolve integration flow architectures according to enterprise standards.
• Maintain and optimize existing BizTalk Server integration platforms.
• Participate in defining and implementing modernization and migration strategies towards EAI platforms.
• Ensure technical governance, quality, security, and performance of data exchanges.
• Collaborate with enterprise architects, functional analysts, development teams, and operations teams.
• Produce architecture documentation, technical standards, and best practices for integration.

Required Skills

• Proven experience with BizTalk 2016 and BizTalk 2020.
• Experience in BizTalk migration.
• Experience in logging with Seq.
• Knowledge and management of SQL Server 2015 and above.
• Knowledge and management of ORACLE 19 and above.
• Ability to apply design patterns based on architect recommendations.
• Mastery of XML, JSON, XSD, XSLT, REST, SOAP, OpenAPI, Swagger, IHFN standards.
• Ability to work on a Windows Server operating system (Batch, Powershell).
• Knowledge and use of WebAPI, WCF REST, WCF, Web Services with various authentication modes (Basic, Certificate, OAuth).
• Familiarity with Azure DevOps using GIT and TFVC.
• Experience in developing SSIS packages is a plus.
• Experience with Azure Logic Apps is a plus.
