Marketing Expert Consultant

Mission Overview

Keystone Solutions is looking for an experienced Marketing Expert to join a consultancy mission in Brussels, representing Keystone Solutions within a major financial-services client environment. As a Keystone Solutions consultant, you will work directly on the client project under our consultancy model, combining strategic marketing, data, technology and continuous optimization to help redefine future customer relationships.

The mission focuses on investment marketing and sustainable customer relationships in an optichannel environment. You will combine predictive analytics, AI-driven personalization, Agile experimentation and strong commercial insight. As a Marketing & Communication Manager, you will develop data-driven, high-performing campaigns and ensure every customer interaction counts, working in an Agile environment with stakeholders and continuously adapting actions based on insights.

Strategy & Coordination

• Develop and implement integrated marketing campaigns across owned, earned and paid media in line with the client's strategy, with a focus on omnichannel consistency and brand experience.
• Translate customer and market data, including customer insights and market research, into actions that increase engagement and conversion.
• Work Agile: prioritize flexibly, test hypotheses and continuously optimize through practices such as sprints and retrospectives. Learning and adapting are central to iterative innovation.

Customer Journeys & Performance

• Design servicing and commercial campaigns and end-to-end customer journeys through customer journey mapping, aligned with customer needs and commercial objectives, with attention to lifecycle management and CRM integration.
• Drive permanent campaigning and predictive journey mapping, evolving from one-off actions toward sustainable, data-driven communication and using AI to anticipate future customer needs.
• Identify friction points through growth marketing within customer journeys and resolve them with data-driven solutions before customers encounter them.
• Measure and analyze customer campaign performance using KPIs and marketing analytics, and continuously adjust activities for maximum impact.

Digital Marketing & Conversion

• Optimize digital sales journeys through conversion optimization and stimulate lead generation via user-friendly touchpoints.
• Manage digital ecosystems; knowledge of Adobe Automation is an asset. Adapt strategies based on consumer behavior and emerging trends such as hyper-personalization.
• Experiment with AI as part of daily work, using technology to scale rapidly and personally.

Collaboration & Project Management

• Work cross-functionally with commercial teams and external partners to increase marketing impact.
• Plan and manage projects in a structured way, including budgets and deadlines, within a dynamic environment and with a hands-on mindset.
• All responsibilities are performed as a Keystone Solutions consultant within our consultancy model while working closely with the client's teams and stakeholders.

Education

Master's degree in Communication Economics or Marketing.

Working Model

The expectation is 50% on-site work in Brussels and 50% homeworking. The on-site component is an important part of the Keystone Solutions consultant identity and enables close collaboration with the client environment.

Required Experience & Knowledge

At least 5 years of relevant experience.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in strategic marketing and communication, preferably within banking or financial services, providing familiarity with complex customer journeys and regulatory frameworks.
• Expertise in performance marketing, including SEA, SEO and programmatic marketing.
• Expertise in data-driven decision-making, including Google Analytics and CDPs.
• Expertise in optichannel strategies integrating online and offline touchpoints.
• Strong knowledge of marketing analytics, customer journey optimization and CRM principles.
• Adobe Automation experience is preferable.
• Knowledge of financial products and services is preferable.
• Agile experience is preferable.
• Proven experience in project management and implementation of communication strategies within the financial industry is mandatory.
• Strong organizational insight is mandatory.
