Mission Overview
Keystone Solutions is recruiting two .NET Solution Architects with strong technical expertise and an excellent development background. This is a consultancy mission performed at the client site as a Keystone Solutions consultant. You will design and guide complex .NET solutions, remain hands-on with code, and partner closely with the client’s development teams to ensure architectural coherence and technical excellence.
Consultancy Nature of Work
As a Keystone Solutions consultant, you will operate on-site at the client location, collaborating directly with stakeholders and engineering teams. You will deliver high-impact outcomes while benefiting from Keystone’s consultancy framework, including community support, peer expertise, and structured professional development. Engagements may evolve over time, offering exposure to varied domains and architectures, always with Keystone Solutions as your employer and career partner.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and architect complex .NET solutions in close collaboration with the client’s teams, ensuring scalability, maintainability and robustness.
- Stay hands-on with code, perform technical reviews, challenge solution choices, and mentor developers to elevate engineering standards.
- Define and steward technical standards, aligning architecture and implementation across development teams.
- Translate functional requirements into actionable and sustainable technical designs, leveraging best practices such as Clean Architecture, SOLID and proven design patterns.
- Guide and support front end architecture and delivery where relevant, including Blazor or WPF.
- Promote performance and maintainability across services and applications, and ensure consistency throughout the client’s solution landscape.
Required Qualifications and Experience
- Minimum 10 years of experience in .NET and C# development.
- Excellent command of the Microsoft .NET ecosystem.
- Proven experience in the design and architecture of complex .NET solutions.
- A hands-on profile, able to understand code, challenge technical choices and support developers.
- Very strong mastery of development best practices, including Clean Architecture, SOLID, design patterns, performance and maintainability.
- Good knowledge and practical experience with Blazor or WPF.
- The ability to translate functional needs into robust, scalable and maintainable technical solutions.
- The ability to define technical standards and ensure architectural coherence with development teams.
