🚀 Your Mission:
Join our dynamic team as an IT Risk & Operations Manager and play a crucial role in shaping our digital vision and strategy to enhance customer experience. In this hybrid role, you will collaborate closely with product experts, process teams, and control functions within multidisciplinary squads to develop and maintain our digital channels. Your main responsibilities will include:
– Asset & Service Management: Ensuring that reference materials are up to date, overseeing the maintenance of applications and service descriptions, and enabling our squads to focus on delivering customer value.
– Incident & Problem Management: Taking charge during unforeseen incidents, communicating updates, conducting root cause analyses, and implementing corrective actions.
– Continuity Management: Developing and testing disaster recovery scenarios to ensure service restoration preparedness.
– Risks & Security Management: Collaborating closely with the Security CoE teams to manage risks, address audit recommendations, and resolve security threats and vulnerabilities.
🔍 We’re on the hunt for:
We are seeking a mid-level to professional IT Risk & Operations Manager with a strong technical background and a passion for digital security and process improvement. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, business experience in digital security, and familiarity with process and risk management. Proficiency in Dutch, French, and/or English is required, along with excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. Additionally, experience working in an IT tribe environment, preferably in an Agile setting, is highly desirable.
