👩🍳 A master of agility: You have at least 5 years of relevant experience and possess expert knowledge of agile methodology and techniques. You understand the ins and outs of project management and software development methodologies.
✔️ A language sorcerer: Dutch or French fluency is a must, along with good knowledge of English. Being able to communicate effectively in at least one local language is essential.
👮♀️A servant leader: You embody the Agile spirit, displaying a positive attitude, empathy, and excellent communication skills. You encourage knowledge sharing, proactively develop team competences, and continuously strive for improvement.
👳♂️A problem-solving wizard: You excel in removing barriers to team effectiveness and protecting the team from distractions. Your ability to coach and challenge the Project Team, while promoting self-organization, sets you apart.
👸An ambassador of change: You are passionate about agile methodology and techniques, and you drive the proper deployment of the Scrum methodology within projects. Your reporting skills provide valuable insights to your superiors.
