About the position

Mission Overview

Keystone Solutions is seeking a Project Manager for a consultancy mission at a client site. The focus will be on the Automatic Number Plate Recognition (ANPR) program, which is crucial for enhancing operational effectiveness in traffic safety.

Responsibilities

As a Project Manager within the ANPR team, you will be responsible for scoping, planning, execution, and budget tracking of the GDM project (Gatso Device Manager or Speedmanager). You will contribute to developing a clear vision for managing speed cameras and mobile radars within the sensor ecosystem, ensuring alignment with both internal and external partners.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Establishing and managing project scope, planning, milestones, and deliverables based on validated parameters.
  • Identifying tasks, dependencies, and risks; developing and monitoring mitigation measures.
  • Leading business analysts on shared topics.
  • Reporting project progress to stakeholders: status, issues, bottlenecks, risks, and proposed alternatives/mitigations; documenting decisions and actions.
  • Contributing to the implementation of transversal processes and documentation for seamless collaboration with the run organization.
  • Guiding the setup of a monitoring tool.
  • Establishing and maintaining quality management plans to ensure project results meet required standards.
  • Implementing and utilizing project management and documentation tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence) for tracking and knowledge sharing.
  • Managing stakeholder relationships and building connections with internal police stakeholders and external partners to ensure project success.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • At least 10 years of hands-on experience in managing IT technical projects.
  • Experience with project tracking and knowledge management systems (JIRA, Confluence).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Fluency in French or Dutch, with a strong passive knowledge of the other language.

Soft Skills

Your work style should be proactive, results-oriented, and structured. You should take initiative, be a self-starter with a critical perspective, and work methodically. Setting clear goals (KPIs) and backing your proposals and decisions with facts and data is essential.

Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken, are necessary. You should be able to guide and align various stakeholders effectively, actively listen, ask the right questions, and articulate complex ideas clearly.

Integrity is crucial, as you will have access to sensitive police information.

Practical Information

Desired start date: October 26, 2026
Work regime: full-time
Minimum 2 days/week presence in the office, depending on tasks and team agreements; remote work allowed from home or employer address (Belgium)
Team: multidisciplinary, mix of internal and external staff

Duration: 26/10/2026 - 31/12/2026 3 months • (full time)
