About the position
Mission Overview
Keystone Solutions is seeking a Senior Project Manager for a consultancy mission at a client site. This role involves leading complex digital transformation projects, ensuring successful delivery, and contributing to the overall transformation roadmap while collaborating closely with business and operational teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and deliver complex digital transformation projects while contributing to the overall execution of the transformation roadmap.
- Manage multiple projects from initiation to operational handover.
- Ensure delivery within agreed scope, budget, quality, and timelines.
- Coordinate business, IT, Data teams, and external suppliers.
- Manage risks, dependencies, resources, and conflicting priorities.
- Anticipate issues, propose solutions, and escalate when necessary.
- Collaborate with operational managers, PMO, Business Partner, and ARB.
- Ensure clear reporting and compliance with programme governance.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of project delivery.
- Apply the PMO methodology and approach.
Profile Requirements
- Minimum 10 years of experience in complex IT project management.
- Proven digital transformation delivery experience.
- Experience managing multiple projects in matrix organizations.
- Strong business and IT understanding.
- Public-sector experience is an asset.
