Senior Program Test Lead

Mission Overview

Keystone Solutions is seeking a Senior Program Test Lead for a consultancy mission at a client site. In this role, you will be responsible for the overall operational orchestration of testing for the Apollo program. You will translate the quality strategy and Quality Framework defined by the Quality Assurance Manager into a coherent, integrated, and risk-driven testing framework.

Key Responsibilities

• Orchestrate and plan the program tests by developing a global test plan with the Quality Assurance Manager and breaking it down into integrated operational plans.
• Coordinate testing activities across various workstreams, internal teams, and suppliers.
• Establish and maintain a consolidated schedule for test campaigns, dependencies, environments, datasets, and resources.
• Coordinate System Testing, SIT, End-to-End Testing, UAT, regression, and non-functional tests.
• Anticipate capacity conflicts, critical dependencies, and inter-domain impacts, proposing necessary trade-offs.
• Implement Risk-Based Testing at the center of planning, prioritization, and test intensity.
• Evaluate business, operational, technical, and regulatory risks to define testing priorities.
• Ensure traceability between requirements, risks, scenarios, results, defects, and evidence.
• Maintain an End-to-End quality view across all Apollo domains, including interfaces and cross-functional journeys.
• Identify under-covered areas and recommend compensatory measures or additional tests.
• Guarantee a consistent methodological approach, common criteria, and homogeneous reporting across all workstreams.
• Consolidate plans, progress, results, anomalies, risks, and test evidence produced by various stakeholders.
• Define and monitor operational indicators necessary for a consolidated quality overview.
• Ensure environments, data, and prerequisites are available and suitable for each campaign's objectives.
• Lead the coordination of testing activities with suppliers and challenge their plans, results, defects, indicators, and conclusions.
• Analyze the quality and sufficiency of evidence provided and evaluate the demonstrated quality level based on available facts.
• Manage the defect process and organize multi-team triage sessions.
• Ensure consistent classification of severity, priority, and impact of anomalies.
• Plan and coordinate validation of data and system migrations, overseeing tests related to dry runs and cut-over scenarios.
• Evaluate release readiness based on consolidated indicators, open defects, residual risks, and quality of evidence.
• Produce consolidated, regular, decision-oriented reporting on progress, coverage, results, defects, and risks.

Profile Required

• Proven experience in a Program Test Lead or Senior Test Lead role within complex, multi-domain, and multi-supplier transformation programs.
• Strong mastery of testing methodologies, including ISTQB, Risk-Based Testing, or equivalent.
• In-depth experience with End-to-End testing, integrated environments, migrations, dry runs, and cut-over preparation.
• Good understanding of processes related to distribution, gaming, digital, payments, and operations.
• Proficiency in test and defect management tools, including Jira and Xray, as well as consolidated reporting practices.
• Ability to orchestrate multiple teams and suppliers without direct hierarchical links.
• Excellent communication, synthesis, negotiation, and arbitration skills.
• Strong results orientation, risk awareness, and fact-based decision-making.
• Ability to maintain a global vision while managing operational issues of test campaigns.
