Tech Lead Solution Architect Senior

Mission Overview

We are seeking a Tech Lead Solution Architect Senior to join our team on a consultancy mission at a client site, representing Keystone Solutions. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 15+ years of experience in Java development and ecosystem, with proven leadership skills and a strong interest in both operational and business aspects as well as technology.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership for the transversal architecture team.
• Coach and mentor development teams to enhance their skills.
• Define and evolve reference architectures over time.
• Establish SLI/SLO/SLA metrics and strategies for monitoring.
• Oversee strategic projects.
• Support the business in specifying its needs.
• Define and implement technological evolutions and technical debt management strategies.
• Ensure compliance with security regulations and information management.
• Align with operational lines.
• Collaborate with infrastructure teams and external partners.
• Gather requirements and evaluate products in procurement processes.
• Provide internal training modules.

Technical Skills Required

• Java, TypeScript, Angular, DDD, CI/CD, Docker/Kubernetes, Spring (Boot), RabbitMQ, OAuth2/OIDC, OpenAPI/AsyncAPI, OpenTelemetry, Maven/Gradle, TDD, Cypress, Hibernate, C4/Archimate modeling.

Knowledge of social security specifics, particularly the responsibilities of the ONEM, is a significant advantage. A successful experience of at least 1 year in an institution related to social security is highly desired.

Human Skills

• Agile methodologies, individual and team coaching, needs analysis, out-of-the-box thinking, leadership.

The candidate must hold a bachelor's degree in computer science and have completed a Scrum Master training and/or ICT project management training. In addition to their experience as a Solution Architect, the candidate must demonstrate successful experiences as a Team Lead (10+ years). They should also show recent successful experience in implementing a migration architecture from a backend system to a modern technology stack (Spring) and managing the complete project lifecycle.
