About the position
Mission Overview
Keystone Solutions is hiring a Test Manager or Coordinator, for a 12 month consultancy mission with our client in the life insurance domain. Work is organized according to the V model. Testing and validation are separated between the client's IS Life team and Application Support team: unit and integration testing are under the responsibility of the IS Life team, and system testing and user acceptance testing are under the responsibility of the Application Support team. The successful candidates will perform these responsibilities on site as Keystone Solutions consultants, collaborating closely with the client.
Languages required: proficiency in French or Dutch, and English.
On site rhythm: Tuesday is the team day, plus a second weekly on site day that you can choose.
Test Manager or Coordinator, Responsibilities and Requirements
- Proven experience as a Senior Test Manager.
- Strong knowledge of application testing methodologies, tools, and best practices.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong delivery mindset.
- Capacity to quickly acquire sufficient knowledge of an existing life insurance application in order to collaborate with and challenge application experts.
- Experience in AI assisted testing is mandatory.
- Hands on experience in AI assisted testing.
- AI proven experience in testing activities and ability to transfer your knowledge in AI.
- Lead and coordinate testing across the client's IS Life and Application Support teams as a Keystone Solutions consultant on site, aligned to the V model.
Consultancy Nature of Work
As a Keystone Solutions consultant, you will work primarily on site with the client, embedded in their IS Life and Application Support teams. You will deliver testing outcomes while representing Keystone Solutions' standards, collaborate with diverse stakeholders, and bring structured consulting practices to accelerate quality and delivery.
