Mission Overview
Keystone Solutions is seeking a Project Manager for a consultancy mission at a client site. In this role, you will lead cross-functional initiatives to ensure compliance with evolving regulatory requirements in the life insurance sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end delivery of regulatory projects related to life insurance products, systems, and processes, from scoping to implementation.
- Define project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource needs.
- Coordinate internal and external stakeholders, including core business, legal, compliance, actuarial, and IT.
- Translate regulatory requirements into actionable business and technical requirements.
- Assess impacts on products, processes, and systems, and propose mitigation strategies.
- Collaborate with product owners to adapt life insurance offerings in line with new regulations.
- Ensure customer journeys, documentation, and disclosures meet compliance standards.
- Liaise with compliance and risk teams to validate project scope and deliverables.
- Monitor regulatory timelines and ensure timely execution of required changes.
- Provide regular updates to senior management and regulatory bodies when needed.
- Prepare documentation for audits, inspections, and internal governance committees.
Expected Profile
- Proven experience in project or product management within life insurance or financial services.
- Strong understanding of life insurance products and Belgian/EU regulatory frameworks.
- Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
- Certification in project management (e.g., PMP, Prince2, Agile) is a plus.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to translate complex regulations into practical solutions.
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
- Fluent in French (Dutch is a plus), with professional proficiency in English.
