Mission Overview
Keystone Solutions is seeking an experienced Senior IT Project Manager with strong Salesforce / CRM expertise for a consultancy mission at a client site. This role involves leading complex CRM transformation and integration projects as part of a multi-year digital transformation programme aimed at modernising IT and Data environments, improving business processes, and strengthening internal capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Salesforce / CRM projects from initiation to deployment and operational handover.
- Manage scope, planning, budget, quality, risks, and dependencies.
- Coordinate Salesforce specialists, IT/Data teams, business stakeholders, and external suppliers.
- Oversee CRM configuration, customisation, integration, and data migration activities.
- Ensure alignment between CRM solutions, business processes, and enterprise architecture.
- Coordinate testing, user acceptance, deployment, and transition to RUN.
- Manage dependencies with other applications, platforms, and digital transformation projects.
- Ensure clear reporting, timely escalation, and compliance with programme governance.
- Anticipate delivery issues and propose pragmatic corrective actions.
Profile Requirements
- Minimum 10 years of experience in IT project management.
- Minimum 5 years of proven Salesforce / CRM project delivery experience.
- Successful delivery of at least two significant Salesforce implementation, migration, or transformation projects.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, CRM processes, and integration challenges.
- Experience managing multidisciplinary teams and external implementation partners.
- Proven experience in complex, multi-stakeholder, and matrix organisations.
- Strong business and IT understanding.
- Public-sector experience is an asset.
