Mission Overview
Keystone Solutions is seeking a Solution Architect for a consultancy mission at a client site. In this role, you will leverage your IT expertise to support a wide range of strategic initiatives within the Life Insurance division. The projects aim to enhance operational efficiency, modernize legacy platforms, and drive technological innovation in critical assets used by clients and operational teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Design end-to-end solutions aligned with business needs and architectural principles.
- Support the implementation of solutions from project initiation to production.
- Work in a hybrid environment, transitioning from COBOL Microfocus to .NET and Angular while applying Domain Driven Design principles.
- Analyze business requirements and propose pragmatic, sustainable solutions in accordance with IT architectural standards.
- Translate complex business requirements into robust solutions.
- Create consensus and encourage collaboration among stakeholders from the outset of projects.
- Collaborate closely with business teams to identify true needs and with other IS teams for smooth transitions from architecture to realization.
- Ensure quality governance and documentation of solutions, presenting architectural solutions to the architecture board.
- Define short, medium, and long-term visions for IT system development.
- Challenge and validate proposed solutions with the technical architecture team.
- Consider costs for implementation and maintainability of solutions.
- Encourage innovative ideas and question existing processes.
- Ensure adherence to architectural standards in your solutions.
Requirements
- Personal Skills: Solution-oriented, capable of synthesizing large amounts of information, creative, and flexible.
- Business Experience: Mid-level Solution Architect (2-5 years), Mid-level Functional Designer (2-5 years); experience in Life Insurance is preferable.
- Technical Experience: Knowledge of Domain Driven Design (DDD) concepts and asynchronous integrations; interest in technological innovation. Preferable skills include ArchiMate, .NET, Angular, and COBOL.
