Mission Overview
Keystone Solutions is seeking an expert engineer for a consultancy mission at a client site. In this role, you will be part of the safety study service within the Safety, Security, and Environment department. You will contribute to periodic safety reviews of nuclear installations and oversee resulting improvement actions.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and contribute to the implementation of safety guidelines aimed at continuous improvement in safety.
- Prepare, guide, execute, follow up, and verify safety studies related to projects, including those requested by the government and safety analyses for new installations or modifications to existing installations.
- Lead safety-specific projects (e.g., ten-year reviews, stress tests) to ensure successful completion.
- Conduct and/or guide studies for licensing files for new installations to meet quality, safety, and environmental requirements.
- Perform calculations and/or modeling to support other services.
- Develop and/or guide licensing files for new installations or decommissioning projects to meet quality, safety, and environmental requirements.
Requirements
- Engineering degree.
- Several years of experience in a nuclear company or similar experience is a plus.
- Driven with a broad interest in all aspects of safety.
- Committed to continuous improvement in qualifications and various result areas.
- Detail-oriented and delivers high-quality work.
- Ability to convey knowledge and technical advice in a clear and convincing manner and defend well-supported files.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills with various target groups and in team settings.
- Good knowledge of technical English and French is required.
