Senior Java Angular Developer

Mission Overview

We are seeking an experienced Java/Angular Developer to join a consultancy mission at a client site representing Keystone Solutions. This role involves working on the GIANI project, which is part of the digital transformation efforts for our client.

Project Details

The GIANI project aims to provide standard interfaces that replace existing IAM interfaces for both self-service and delegation functionalities. The architecture will allow for front-end releases without necessitating back-end API releases, and vice versa.

Work Environment

The developer will work on multiple applications and functional domains, collaborating with functional analysts, testers, developers, and other stakeholders. The mission operates in an Agile/SCRUM environment, utilizing a service-oriented architecture primarily based on Java and Angular.

The technology stack includes: Angular 21, JAVA8/JEE7, Java 21, Spring Boot, NgRx, DB2, MySQL, Flyway, etc. Build tools include: Apache Maven, Git/GitLab CI/CD, Nexus.

As a consultant, you will work under the same conditions as our internal staff, with a hybrid work model requiring a minimum of 50% presence in the office. The mission will be conducted in French exclusively.

Responsibilities

• Design: Participate in the technical design of features in collaboration with functional analysts, the technical lead, and other team members. Design application components while adhering to the defined architecture and technical standards. Apply best development practices: Clean Code, quality, etc. Identify technical impacts and dependencies with existing components.
• Implementation: Develop and enhance application modules and components. Participate in the development of Backend Java and Frontend Angular components. Ensure quality standards are met (unit tests, integration tests, etc.) for developed features. Correct anomalies and implement functional and technical enhancements. Engage in refactoring and improving existing code to enhance readability, maintainability, and performance. Participate in code reviews with other developers.
• Deployment: Assist in preparing and delivering developments across various environments. Validate deployment and delivery of the solution. Adhere to defined delivery processes and standards for projects.
• Quality: Follow the methodological and technological standards set by the client. Ensure coverage and relevance of unit and integration tests. Participate in code reviews and continuous improvement of development practices. Contribute to reducing technical debt through refactoring, upgrading libraries and frameworks, and improving existing code. Meet commitments and deadlines established within the team.
• Communication: Collaborate daily with developers, functional analysts, testers, and other project stakeholders. Participate in various SCRUM ceremonies. Share challenges, points of concern, and technical risks with the Team Leader or team manager. Document developments as necessary and share useful knowledge within the team.
