Mission Overview
Keystone Solutions is seeking a Process Analyst for a consultancy mission at a client site. The focus of this role is on the optimization and continuous improvement of existing financial processes, reporting activities, and supporting systems. You will identify inefficiencies, streamline workflows, enhance data quality, and improve operational effectiveness across Finance and Reporting domains. By combining detailed analysis with a broader end-to-end perspective, you will help ensure that enhancements deliver tangible value to both the business and its stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze, coordinate, and follow up on prioritized business requests.
- Act as the main liaison between Business (e.g., Reporting, Control & Performance Management teams) and IT teams.
- Translate business requirements into clear functional analyses and specifications.
- Identify process inefficiencies, operational risks, and improvement opportunities.
- Lead and support initiatives aimed at optimizing existing processes, reporting activities, and systems.
- Ensure consistency and alignment across multiple improvement initiatives and their impact on end-to-end financial processes.
- Facilitate workshops and stakeholder discussions to drive decision-making and consensus.
- Monitor priorities, dependencies, and business impact throughout the lifecycle of initiatives.

- Knowledge of Life Insurance products and processes.
- Good understanding of Accounting and Financial Reporting, including Belgian GAAP (BEGAAP) and IFRS.
- Strong understanding of IT systems and application landscapes.
- Ability to abstract complex technical and functional topics and translate them into business value.
