Mission Overview
Keystone Solutions is looking for an AI Transformation Manager for a consultancy mission supporting a client in Brussels. You will be hired by Keystone Solutions and represent us as a consultant while delivering value within the client environment. This engagement combines on-site collaboration with homeworking and offers exposure to complex business and technology transformation challenges.
Role Profile
This senior business project management consultancy mission focuses on business analysis, requirements management, process design and successful delivery of solutions. All responsibilities will be carried out under Keystone Solutions’ consultancy model, working closely with client stakeholders and delivery teams.
Responsibilities
- Be responsible for elicitation, analysis and documentation of business, stakeholder, solution and transition requirements.
- Work closely with product owners, architects and other subject matter experts to understand business and technology strategies, develop domain knowledge, identify high-level requirements, and foster reuse and continuity of that knowledge across all projects enabling the program.
- Analyze and design new business processes.
- Identify and define detailed product requirements and use cases.
- Work with the project manager, architects and other team members to define metrics and performance goals for the application.
- Participate in transitioning requirements and use cases to designers and ensure a clear and complete understanding of the requirements.
- Assist in translating requirements and use cases into test conditions and expected results for product, performance and user acceptance testing.
- Actively manage requirements traceability for impact and coverage analysis.
- Participate in quality management reviews, particularly reviews of designs, prototypes and other requirements work products, to ensure they fulfill the requirements.
- Plan and actively execute the business analysis requirements management strategy, communicating, driving and managing the business analysis effort through all phases of the project lifecycle.
- Partner with internal and external development and technology delivery organizations, prioritizing their dependencies on the business analysis function to ensure successful delivery of solutions.
- Serve as a liaison to the business community.

Experience and Knowledge
At least 5 years of relevant experience is required.
Mandatory Technical Experience
- Experience with conceptual modelling techniques and methods.
- Good expertise in MS Office.
- Good understanding of IT and testing.
- Experience with requirements management.

Working Model
