Key Responsibilities

• Work on mechanisms to ensure the BS2000 and Linux environments function in parallel without immediate adjustments to existing feeding processes.
• Conduct testing and validation, including technical test scenarios, source-target data comparisons, reconciliation checks, and documentation of test results and corrective actions.

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of the BS2000 mainframe environment, particularly Natural and ADABAS.
• Ability to analyze and understand poorly documented legacy applications.
• Proficiency in documenting analyses, developed modules, mappings, test results, and technical decisions clearly and systematically.
• Proactive approach to identifying missing information, signaling risks, and proposing solutions.
• Capability to prioritize tasks within a complex environment with multiple databases and technical dependencies.
• Test-oriented mindset to ensure data is transferred correctly, completely, timely, and reliably.

Soft Skills

• Attention to detail and accuracy due to the critical nature of the data.
• Ability to work independently and analyze existing programs, jobs, objects, and data streams.
• Strong communication skills for effective documentation and team collaboration.
