Domain Delivery Lead

Mission Overview

Keystone Solutions is seeking a Domain Delivery Lead for a consultancy mission at a client site. In this role, you will have the opportunity to unite multiple agile teams around a common vision, drive the realization of strategic business applications, and actively contribute to the development of their autonomy, expertise, and capacity to deliver value.

Key Responsibilities

• Unite multiple agile teams (squads) around a shared vision and common objectives, ensuring alignment between business priorities and team goals.
• Create conditions for autonomy: establish a clear framework, allow decisions to be made close to the teams, and support their growth (servant leadership).
• Develop overall planning with the teams, coordinate dependencies, and transparently prioritize tasks.
• Facilitate domain rituals (inter-team synchronizations, reviews, retrospectives) and promote the sharing of best practices and learnings.
• Identify and remove obstacles hindering teams, facilitating collaboration with other teams, business, and IT.
• Coach and develop individuals, provide and receive feedback, and maintain a culture of trust, transparency, and continuous improvement.
• Manage project change requests in consultation with stakeholders.
• Regularly report project progress to relevant parties, with transparency regarding risks and challenges.
• Correctly and timely escalate significant changes or issues that exceed acceptable tolerance thresholds.
• Ensure follow-up with suppliers, involving them as true partners.
• Manage budget effectively.

Required Profile

• Key Skills: Ability to translate complex IT concepts into simple business language; strategic alignment and translation skills; servant leadership; stakeholder management.
• Experience: Solid experience in a bridging role (e.g., Senior Product Owner, Business Relationship Manager) where non-technical communication was key; management of multidisciplinary teams; budget and capacity management; experience in public sector project management.
• At least 10 years of experience in a similar role, with proven experience in coordinating and leading multiple teams.
• Strong knowledge of agile and iterative work methods applied to IT projects, as well as their implementation in complex environments.
• Significant experience in leading large-scale IT projects involving multiple stakeholders and cross-dependencies.
• Experience in business process reengineering and change management principles.

Languages: Fluent in Dutch or French, with a good knowledge of English.
