Mission Overview
Keystone Solutions is seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors and Legacy Migration Expert for a consultancy mission at a client site. This role is part of a significant HR transformation project aimed at centralizing and securing HR data using SAP ECC, SAP SuccessFactors, and specific developments.
Key Responsibilities
- Support management and the project team in defining the project scope for both business and IT.
- Provide expertise in developing a roadmap for the implementation of SAP SuccessFactors modules.
- Finalize the specifications document by integrating key elements related to the implementation of the SuccessFactors solution and its modules.
- Assist the IT team responsible for legacy applications in defining a high-level migration plan for legacy applications into SuccessFactors and SAP HR.
- Identify opportunities and limitations for migrating legacy systems.
- Define the big picture of the project from As-Is to To-Be.
- Conduct a retrospective analysis of existing functionalities of current specific applications.
- Model and draft documents related to technical-functional analyses.
- Facilitate and document meetings with various stakeholders (developers, end-users, local management).
- Participate in the development of solutions in collaboration with project stakeholders.
- Estimate impacts and risks related to the decommissioning of existing applications (historical data, functionalities, etc.).
Requirements
- The candidate must possess the required skills and experience.
- Fluency in French, both spoken and written, is essential.
- The candidate must be flexible and may need to travel to various business units.
