Expert Partner Management Consultant

Mission Overview

Keystone Solutions is seeking a consultant for a mission at a client site, focusing on expert partner management, organizational architecture, and digital workplace solutions. This role involves working closely with various external partners to enhance the Digital Workplace ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

• Contract management for Microsoft: Oversee the Microsoft Enterprise Agreement, including true-up, renewal, license optimization (E3/F3, LTSC, Power Platform, Project Online), audit positioning, financial tracking, and reporting to management.
• Digital Workplace: Manage the contractual relationship and performance of Digital Workplace partners (SLA, governance, escalations, roadmap) in collaboration with the Digital Workplace Manager and operational teams.
• Expertise in Digital Workplace Services renewal project: Contribute to drafting specifications, analyzing offers, sourcing strategy, and transitioning to new service providers.
• Expertise in Software and Hardware Asset Management (SAM/HAM): Define and implement processes, tools, and governance for managing software and hardware assets; ensure license compliance.
• Support for I&O operating model project: Assist in defining the target organization for the I&O department, including process mapping, flow and role analysis, organizational impacts, and preparation for management workshops and decisions.

Required Skills

• Expertise in Microsoft licensing (EA, M365, Power Platform, Copilot, LTSC) and associated contractual mechanisms.
• Ability to draft and defend market documents (specifications, RFI/RFP, offer analysis).
• Enterprise architect vision: Ability to connect contracts, processes, organization, and technology.
• Strong management and supplier engagement skills, with a focus on negotiation and governance.
